		<description>Freezer burn advice - it&#039;s no biggy although the flavor is probably gone and it is tougher.  We just thaw it and cut off the leathery stuff.
Still, it&#039;s great to have neigbhors who set a couple of extra plates on their table under short notice.  Those are treasured people!
