I just finished adding the 1,024 pictures (took 3 CD’s) from June onto the server yesterday. Have fun. The July pics are already sorted but will be added later this week.

Now that Ben is home from work, Djai in bed asleep and we’ve turned down an opportunity to show the house, we are enjoying a quiet evening for our anniversary. We decided on fondue for the evening, but couldn’t decide which one to do. Beer batter? Cheese? Chocolate? So we are doing all three with desert first. Papa John says life is unpredictable, eat your desert first. We’ll open a bottle of wine and continue the tradition of plowing through as much of a book as possible together before we crash. Also, in following our young tradition, there will be some art shopping and dining out when our beloved friend, neighbor, and baby sitter, Merlinda, returns. We’ll tell you about the date and show off our new toys hopefully in a couple of weeks.

Djai has officially picked his first cuddle bear to snuggle with. His Omi’s polar bear is now a bed time favorite!
