You all remember that fishing rod my father showed up to my first baby shower with? Well, five years later he finally got a chance to take his oldest grandson fishing. And Johnathan actually caught a little guy with his very own pole, which he has owned since before birth!

Frozen blueberries are much easier to peel than fresh ones. Roll them around with your thumb and forefinger in a bowel of warm water and skin just falls right off. The warm water makes the outside pliable, while the center is still cold enough to keep form. perfect for finger food, and I bet it feels great on those tooth-preparing achy gums.

Waste not! I keep those antioxidant rich dark skins and throw them in a blender with some cooked brown rice. Add a little water or breastmilk to serve baby a yummy, healthy milkshake.
