PNW boy

Corduroy pants and a thermal undershirt. Does this boy belong in the Pacific North West or what?!

Tooth Faces

Ben and I agree that getting your fisrt tooth in must be a very strange and painfull process. Well, the painfull part is obvious, but how wierd it must be to have some seemingly foreign, obtrusive object force it’s way through the gum line in your soft mouth. That sucker is sharp, ya know. I can’t stick my fingers in there anymore and this poor kid has got to live with it growing inside his mouth. He sure has been making silly sounds and faces since it’s arrival. Tongue clicking and lip sucking… a handfull of funny little quirks to add to the dozens upon dozens of examples of how cute our baby boy is.

Toothday

Today Johnathan cut his first tooth! He will be getting more practice with his sippy-cups now. Yay for teeth!

Burps and Bananas

  • We tried bananas for the first time today. Another thumbs up.
  • Johnathan now tries to “burp” me when I’m am burping him.
  • No more shoulder rides… he just puked on my head. Well, maybe I’ll give him a second chance.

Too many special and new things have occurred this month to not share them with you all fabulous and fine people. So, in light of all this, here is a brief overview of things that have happened this month in cronological order.
